know emotion, acknowledge it, manage it to be favorable to the comfort of life not burden of life
it takes me a life time to do it, now not even reaching a mastery yet
knowing emotions is the simplest yet it takes my honesty and a bit of knowledge about emotions; it is like putting flowers of different colours into different baskets
acknowledging emotions takes my discernment, almost like which flowers will be used for today’s arrangement then pull them into one big basket, put the rest (unused ones) in a safe place just in case some are needed
and managing emotion for life favor is like starting arranging the chosen flowers; i need to know what type of flower arrangement i can make from the flowers i choose or the other way: the management is the result of a flower arrangement plan — a master has known this when s/he sees the flowers in the earliest phase
now i realise this can be an art in life, yet only when it is trained
it is doable
