This Lay’s lamb is historical to me..
My first year in this country was very challenging with many many reasons. One of distraction was strolling on the pedestrian enjoying being locals who walk so fast at the same time being tourist who get amazed easily with this country’s artificial things. One day I saw an elderly man with a spread of everything on a plastic mat in front of him. Second hand plastic toys, tissue paper, rubber band with high end shoe brand and other mission motto and this cute Lay’s porcelain lamb. He said “All two dollars each”. I felt I didn’t need any of what he was offering to anyone passing by him. But I felt my deceased father smile was greeting me. I smiled to the man and said “I’ll take the Lay’s lamb and one plastic toy. This is 4 dollars for those two. Thank you, Sir.” And after around 6 years I am still having this lamb, and for the past one month this guy has been my incense holder, he in fact has 3 mini holes on his back that suit this job.
Thank you, dear old man. Wherever you are, you are blessed. 💝 #blessings #lamb #Lay’s #layslamb
