Sometimes break time is lying down with no productivity but often time busy creating something interesting or delicious is the most enjoyable recreation.

soya milk, yummy! productivity
rock sugar
almost milk
crushed, mashed into pulp
cleaned
husk, removed
after soaked for 12 hours, boil it for 1 hour
